Next time you’re craving a little salty snack, instead of reaching for chips, try roasting some asparagus. It’s crunchy and when you roast it with a little olive oil and salt, it will become your favorite, I’m sure.
Lay out the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and salt it up .
Roast (which for those of you who don’t know – means put in the oven) at 350 for 15-20 minutes (if you preheat) or 25-30 minutes if you don’t.
Then, scoop them all up
Put them on a plate
Enjoy as a snack while you read magazines with your cat. Or…you know, while you do whatever, everything after the roasting of the asparagus completely up to you.
