Okay, so sometimes when I’ve had a stressful day, I like to have this for dinner, or lunch, or breakfast. It’s not really anything earth shattering, but the first time I ever had it was at my bridal shower and it always seems like fanciest snack in the whole world to me. It’s a baguette, apricot jam, and sharp cheddar. It is SO delicious, like, words cannot describe, so I’m not going to try and make them.

Today was one of those days. It’s fancy snack time. Yum.

Lay out the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and salt it up .
Roast (which for those of you who don’t know – means put in the oven) at 350 for 15-20 minutes (if you preheat) or 25-30 minutes if you don’t.
Then, scoop them all up
Put them on a plate
Enjoy as a snack while you read magazines with your cat. Or…you know, while you do whatever, everything after the roasting of the asparagus completely up to you.
