DIY mcmuffins are super easy. I’ve been making them for the week and then freezing them.
Crack eggs into large cupcake tins and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Then I add that egg to an english muffin, with canadian bacon and a thin slice of cheddar. Wrap them up and freeze or refrigerate them and microwave them when you’re hungry.
